Debbie and I had our washing machine quit. We went to Metro Appliances and were greeted by Lauren Walker. Lauren showed us all the choices which was a lot. Lauren was knowledgeable and pointed out some great options. We choose the GE Profile washer and dryer. Wil and Jam delivered and set them up. They were very professional and prompt. They were a huge help. I would recommend Metro Appliances, their staff is exceptional at customer service. Thanks to the whole crew.

We purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator model # WRFF3336SZ in October, 2025 from Metro Appliances, Tulsa, OK. As of April 27, 2026, the compressor in this refrigerator has died. Whirlpool is going to replace the compressor, however, it does not come without risks. This fridge is 6 months old and should NOT be failing....in any way. They won't replace the fridge stating that their replacement policy is for appliances that fail within a 14 day time period. The appliance repair person shared with me that anytime that they have to get into areas of appliances that are sealed, screwed in, etc., that there is always a chance of complications due to damage to surrounding areas. I paid over $2k for a fridge that has lasted six months. Metro, you need to know what kind of crap that you are selling to the public. Will never purchase another Whirlpool.....ever....again.
