Said there was no hidden fees. They lied. They never fixed my machine. Kept saying needed another part this went on fir four weeks. I could not use my machine for four weeks. Then they said the part i needed COST $800. Then they said it could not be repaired. Then ( ha ha) said they would refund $400 of the money I paid. After four weeks haha no check. Not a reputable company.

Billy was professional and personable. He completed the service repair timely and explained all costs up front. The office staff kept me informed and the technician was prompt informing before his arrival.

I had a great experience and highly recommend Mr. Appliance. I had two large wine fridges that I was having issues with and they were able to get them both running again. I really appreciated the good communication and follow through from Lindsey and all the technicians as well as their flexibility in the drop off and pickup. Thanks again!

Made an appointment and they were able to reschedule me to same day service. Quickly came in and assessed the situation and resolved our dryer issue. Mr. Charles was very knowledgeable and clued us into things we could do to save energy as well. Thank you!
