Stores that don't have a public restroom get a 1 star from me. Sorry, but it's a basic life accommodation to provide restrooms. They'll turn you down to use their restrooms even if you have an emergency. So if you have any type of emergency, pregnancy, toddler, IBS, what-have-you, be wary.

So over priced. Its crazy!! 10$ for a clear glass used vase. They use to have decent prices years ago not sure what they are doing now. 40$ for a used no name dress too. The entire store is over priced.

I love the store and the cause behind it, I also donate often to this location and shop and donate to the Norwood location as well. The 3 stars is because the elder man at the donation window is not friendly and makes you feel like you should take your donation elsewhere. Like he's the donation police. My donations are always neatly packed, clean and worthy of a new home.

I enjoy coming here from time to time. The staff has always been polite and nice to me. I even call one of the store workers Libra Sis. I was greatly offended with my experience here today. Kenny, (older gentleman with the black and white hat) made me feel so uncomfortable. He followed me around the store and sat in a chair next to the Donations area watching me and my family. He walked through my area several times. It was noticeable that he went out of his way. This was a total let down. I overheard him speak to his colleagues that he thought I was shoplifting. How dare you!! Please check your employees, when I asked for his name I was told he makes YOUR employees uncomfortable as well. So disappointed.
