Sales associate Bryan & and their delivery driver gave me an excellent customer interaction. We absolutely love both of our KitchenAid appliances that were recommended and are very grateful for Brian's expertise and follow through to meet our budget and quality guidelines. I would strongly recommend shopping them before going to big box stores! Thank you folks for making my house feel like a home.

The "worker" Jay was incredibly rude and unprofessional to 3 disabled people. He quoted some folk for $90 to address the situation, he didn't like that we didn't have $900 to spend on repairs. He got angry, slammed the door and the sent an invoice for $200. Jay is incredibly unprofessional, this company is extremely disrespectful and I hope that nobody uses them.

I looked all over town for a new dishwasher, and in the end went back to Emerald. Lovely. No "used Car salesman" tactics. Had what I needed. the Salesman Byron was a gem. And the price was the same as a big box store!! They will see us again when we need an appliance or doors and windows!

I used to go to Kelly's for appliances when I was remodeling my home, and had some terrible experiences. So I went to Emerald Appliance looking for a Maytag washer, and had such a great experience. Jesse was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products, and the man who delivered the washer was very friendly. I will be getting my materials here from now on. Great work guys!
