We choose Ferguson and was told all products for our bathroom remodel are in just need to be shipped. Asked multiple times and told no problems. Choose to pay more at Ferguson due to this assurance. We called after ordered and getting close to remodel, we were told multiple answers on where shipment was. Then we got all but one main item and told shipping 12th. Well now its time and told after a couple calls multiple answers (again) and told twice someone to callback. No response.

We are building a beach house, and out of all the professionals involved in the project, Gunnar has been the easiest and most helpful. He is incredibly responsive, follows up on requests quickly and is knowledgeable about all projects. He made excellent recommendations based upon availability, prices and features. We will never go anywhere else in the future when designing kitchens and baths.

MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR GUNNAR! I never really loved any of my appliances until I went to Ferguson and was fortunate enough to be helped by Gunnar. Boy did I hit the jackpot! I told him all of my complaints with my washer & dryer and he led me to the dream set that was within my budget. I was so thrilled with his knowledge and service that I tackled my range next and he introduced me to a stunning Hestan model that exceeded all of my expectations. I had never even heard of Hestan! The thing about appliances and plumbing fixtures is that you don't get to test drive them first. Gunnar is an expert and genuinely geeks out over this stuff, so you can trust his recommendations. I have since outfitted my outdoor patio with Perlick beverage coolers, an ice machine, and a kegerator, after Gunnar went above and beyond and did a site visit at my home so he would know exactly what I wanted to achieve. The beverage coolers I was sold previously from another local appliance shop were failing because they were not rated for outdoor use. Gunnar knew this the second he saw them because he knows appliances so well. Even though we all know that everything is delayed right now because of Covid, I still received regular updates while my appliances were on order, even if there was nothing to report. I also received follow up calls to ask how delivery and installation went, to make sure I was completely satisfied. The showroom at Ferguson is absolutely stunning and very inspirational, but the crown jewel is Gunnar. Go in and see him and you can thank me later.

Bought over $8000.00 in appliances and faucets. Due to COVID it took over 6 months to complete my order. The shipping dates continued to change and I requested updates as I needed the appliances to allow the scheduling of the contractors to complete my kitchen project. I was not getting calls back and I put in a specific written request for biweekly updates which was totally ignored. What I did get was how difficult it was on their expert to try to keep up with COVID going on. Poor excuse which many people are using to cover their incompetence. I looked up the faucets I wanted from a catalog provided by their expert and gave him the exact numbers from the catalog and he still ordered this incorrectly so I had to go into the showroom and show him what I wanted. Their expert indicated he didn’t even know their provider made this style of faucet. Poor knowledge and very poor service so I would strongly recommend you shop elsewhere.
