Appliance Hospital - Salem

Communication and scheduling with Appliance Hospital was excellent and they were on time!! Ozzie did a great job and our appliances, Decor stove/oven and SubZero refrig, took specialized help which he knew how to do expertly and though it was complicated it was done quickly! During the repair/maintenance he was organized, fixed the problem and kept the work area clean!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

What a great company to work with! Danielle was so friendly, answered all my questions, did a great job getting everything scheduled and taken care of. Our technician Noah was so friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed our washer and our freezer, showing us and explaining to us what the problems were. Everything is running smoothly again. We would definitely use Appliance & Refrigeration Hospiral again. They have been in business since 1947, and I can see why! Excellent service, highly recommend!

The lady who first called me was very professional and straight to the point. I was so impressed that I even told my wife about the call. I think her name was Danielle. Also, Our technician, Dr. Noah, was also extremely professional and had a great attitude throughout the visit. This guy is the real deal. We’re very happy we called Appliance Hospital to take care of our warranty issues and would absolutely recommend them to anyone of our friends.

Don did a great job repairing our Wolf stove. He came to assess the situation. Got the correct parts ordered, and completed The work in a timely manner. He double-checked everything to make sure it worked properly. We can now use all the burners and there's no drifting of the knobs in the low settings. He was personable, friendly and had a good attitude about work. We'll use them again if we have appliance repair needs.
