I went to this establishment for my refrigerators and a new washer/dryer. Fridges are great and were priced well. The washer and dryer were priced good as well. Although I had a difficult experience with the washer leaking twice, they made up for this and made sure we were taken care of. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good deal, and customer care. Thank you Appliances 4 Less for taking care of us!

Absolutely great store with fantastic service, everything is brand new, just open box. If they dont have something they can call stores elsewhere to get something in for you. We bought and they delivered and installed same day within 3 hours and everything works perfectly. Definitely recommend.

Wow. Just moved to Salem and found Appliances for Less. They had just what I needed, at a great price, and Ming and Rachel delivered and set up the same day! Ming even swapped out my super ancient outlet and wouldn't let me pay him extra! If you're looking for fantastic service this is the place!

The person in the store(Nick) was very helpful and helped us get the kind of washer and dryer we wanted. He was professional and knowledgable and extremely friendly. The delivery of the machines was timely and very efficient.The old machines were removed quickly and the new installed efficiently and carefully(by Ming).The dryer door had to be replaced from right to left opening and that too was handled extremely well. All those involved were friendly and skillful(at a really good price!) and made me wish I had something more I needed to buy!

Carlos went above and beyond to work with me. The entire purchase, from selection to delivery and installation was easy. We love our new appliances. We saved SO much money and time by shopping here first! Great selection... we will be back for the laundry set.
