I appreciate having a hometown appliance store to help me with my needs. While the big box folks MAYBE offer, and I do mean MAYBE, a better price, it’s worth it to me to employ and keep in business a company that specializes in appliances. The primary benefit being that these folks specialize in appliances and no what the industry has to offer and can present several options that meet my needs. Tom has always been very attentive and thorough in helping my wife and I select appliances for our home. Nice environment, friendly people, and they have coffee and cookies :-)

I have to start at the beginning with our sales professional, Greg Miller. He was so helpful, asking many questions and listening to our answers. I felt like he was more of a coach, helping us get the most satisfaction from our purchase. Then came the delivery day. Eric was the one who came in to get the lay of the land, and I shared my concerns about damaging the floor with him. He assured me they would take extra care. Both delivery men were helpful and kind. I’m so glad we chose Kelly’s. I will have no concerns or questions about where to go for our next appliance purchase. I made chicken drumettes using the no preheat air-fry method for my hubby and they turned out crisp and juicy. 5 stars and a whoop!

To whom it may concern, I am writing to share my positive experience regarding a recent purchase at Kelly’s in Salem. After initially intending to purchase a traditional electric stove, my husband and I were put in touch with salesman Aaron S. through our son, Erik Y., one of the lead delivery drivers at your store. Aaron provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. While he respected my initial preference for a traditional model, he introduced us to induction technology. His thorough demonstration and explanation successfully addressed my concerns regarding glass-top surfaces. As a result of Aaron's expertise, we purchased a Frigidaire Induction Range and necessary accessories. I am incredibly pleased with the performance of the new appliance. Furthermore, the delivery and installation occurred the following day and were handled flawlessly. I have been buying my appliances from Kelly’s for over 40 years and have always been impressed with the service, personal touch, and pricing. My most recent purchase was a built in double combo wall oven where the lower is a convection oven while the top is both a microwave and a convection oven. The cutout hole it needed to fit into limited my choices to about 7 models. My top two choices that would fit were about $1700 apart. My sales representative, Rex White, went above and beyond by calling the distributor and getting them to match a 20% discount that was being offered by a competitor saving me about $1300. This all happened while Rex was burning up,the phone trying to order what I wanted while I was talking to a friend. Oven looks great and works great too. Once again, Kelly’s is the place.
