We purchased a fridge and washer from them, and 1.5 months later - one stops working and the other won’t turn on. He says that someone will come out Monday, Monday comes and they don’t show up. They reschedule for Thursday. Thursday comes and they completely ghost us. They also raised the price on delivery to $40 more. Complete scam artists.

They sell crap items, price was higher than agreed to when delivered. Washer was nearly 10 years old and they stopped responding to us when it quickly broke.

I bought a used LG fridge from this place for $600, thinking I was getting a decent deal on something reliable. Big mistake. It completely stopped working after just one week. No cooling, nothing. I called them for service, and they sent someone out three separate times – each visit they poked around, shrugged, and left without fixing a damn thing. Finally, they told me to just come pick out another fridge. Great, except they only had one other option – a GE that was still way too big for my space. I hauled it home anyway, and the second I opened the door it hit me with a stench like rotten meat that had been sitting in a hot dumpster for days. These things must get pulled straight out of the trash. It “worked” for about 3 months before the coils started icing over like it was trying to build a glacier in there. Now the fridge won’t cool properly, and for the past 6 months I’ve been stuck manually defrosting the freezer every few days just to keep the fridge section from turning into a swamp cooler. Oh, and the water/ice maker? Completely unusable. It tastes like rotten meat no matter what I do – I bleached the whole system, replaced the filter, you name it. Still nasty. This place sells broken junk with a smile, provides zero real support, and leaves you stuck with expensive headaches. Save your money and buy new (or at least from somewhere that actually inspects their stuff). Worst appliance purchase I’ve ever made. Do not buy here.

I rented a 4‘ x 8‘ trailer from U-Haul at this location, and when I arrive, there is a sign that says closed, will be open Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM in broken English. I called last night to inquire about trailers and they said they would be open. There was no call, no text, no email, zilch from these people. I attempted numerous times to call the two phone numbers listed on the sign in the front lawn, one kept ringing and the other one was “disconnected“ from what sounded like an AT&T phone line. Why would you have a phone number that no longer works on your front billboard is beyond me. I even tried knocking on the door once or twice to see if there was anyone inside, but nothing. Yes I know there was a sign on the door that says closed, but it still doesn’t hurt to double check in case someone was hiding in the back… I called U-Haul corporate, and they were able to reroute me to a Whitehall location, and while I still have the trailer, I am very disappointed and extremely inconvenienced that I have to take extra time to locate a trailer that I need by the end of the weekend, all because whoever runs this place didn’t do their due diligence and notify me immediately if they were going to close early for some reason. I get that it is Easter weekend, and Good Friday, and I understand you wanting to go home early, but no prior notice given, and not being open when you said you would be open, BOTH ON GOOGLD AND UHAUL’s WEBSITE is inexcusable. The people that own and operate this place, whoever they may be, should be ashamed of themselves. That they believe this is proper business practice. And common courtesy. Because people like to post fake reviews, and blow smoke up everyone’s rear end, I have included pictures as proof that I stopped in here when they were closed when they said they would be open.

Do not, I repeat, do not buy anything from this place. Save yourself the time, headache and money by just paying full price for new appliances. I spent $750 on a washer and gas dryer. They delivered it and I tipped the son an extra $100. When they were installing he said our gas line was cut off. I later found out that it's a simple screw off with pliers. He said I would need a regular electric dryer. We agreed. The dryer we received was 2 generations older but no adjustment was made in the price. The washer looks great but on the first use it banged around and literally shook the house on the spin cycle. On about the third use, the washer leaked all the water into our basement. These appliances have not only cost us more money in repairs and cleaning than we paid for them to begin with. Now we are buying an actual washer and dryer that work and are not defective. Save yourself the time, headache, and money and buy new!!!!!
