I had a generally positive experience with this business—the delivery was prompt, and the installation went smoothly. However, after receiving a used stove, I’ve had to deal with multiple roaches in my home. I understand that sometimes this can happen with secondhand appliances, and I’m aware that some people may have no choice but to tolerate such conditions. I want to be clear that I’m not calling anyone dirty, but receiving an appliance from a company that distributes used items without properly checking for pests is upsetting. I keep a clean home, and with kids and pets in the house, it’s especially concerning. I strongly recommend that all appliances be thoroughly inspected and treated before delivery to prevent this from happening to other customers. If I end up dealing with an infestation, I will hold the business accountable.

Wonderful experience! Facebook Marketplace lead me here for a pre-owned stackable washer dryer. Price was excellent and customer service is too notch. Completed the transaction from the comfort of my home, and they even delivered it to me, set it up and hauled away my old ones all for a fair price. Highly recommend them! Thank you again!
