The first time that my landlord deal with this guy he came to my home and disrespect my home he was just mad bc I have to call ugi for a big leak that the stove have after stove was paid by landlor he took it never cane back with it so me have to call someone else wish is really good Albert appliances than after that landlord remplace the refrigerator and after 1y boom it go bad so he decide to call this guy again even I did not want to but his thr landlord and this is what they did when they bring thr other refrigerator see picture they destroy my hallway please buyer beware full les recomiendo Albert Appliances on hanover st estos de aqui son bien algararete bien irresponsible

My electric stove recently went out. I called Eddie from Emp Appliances In Allentown. He gave me an appointment ASAP and he was very professional, with the fairest pricing I have seen in Allentown especially because in his pricing, installation and removal of the old appliance was also included. I have not seen this anywhere else. He installed the new stove and made sure that it was working before he left. Later That same day I found out that I needed a new circuit breaker For the stove that prevented it from working properly. Eddie was a man of his word. He came back the next morning to make sure that the stove he had installed was working properly. He assured me that he would honor his warranty, and he absolutely did. I will not do business with anyone else in Allentown. Thank you so much, Eddie.

This place is a scam and should be investigated. I reported them to the better business bureau. Purchased a refrigerator from this place and it broke down the following day. I've called, texted and communicated with the owner of the business and he's done nothing but make empty promises. All I wanted was for them to repair it. Places like this shouldn't be open during a time when people are already suffering from pandemics and other issues in this crazy world.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought two items from him and both needed to be returned and "fixed". They also came with unwanted house guests. ROACHES. I wouldn't waste your time or money the owner says work with him but wont fix the issue. We had been dealing with this for over 2 months now we have it back and we have a 2 differnt issue with it AFTER he "fixed" it. If it's under warranty then it should be fix by him, not me.
