Fred is fantastic, my dryer needed a new heating element. Fred took the time to test it and it turned out didn’t need a new element. He worked with me on how to replace the part and was patient with all my questions. The process was long due to troubleshooting. However Fred was amazing and was a friend and mentor the entire time. Fred is an excellent business owner and repair expert. We have our second used whirlpool washing machine from Fred's Appliances, the first lasted for years, thank you again Fredthe second one is going strong after almost 4 year s, Just had an issue with the laundry size control knob the pressure switch, came over right away fixed it quickly and gave us an incredibly reasonable price!!! I can't say enough about his services !! Thank you once again Fred!!! Keep Fred in mind not only for a well maintenance refurbished appliance but his repair and service skills are exceptionally reliable!! My family and I recommend him highly!

I stopped in to look at dryers after mine stopped working. The two gentleman were very helpful during the process. Prices were comparable to local used appliance locations but the customer service was great. They offered same day delivery. While driving home I received a call that they were heading to my home. Needless to say they arrived to my home 5 minutes after I did. They took the old dryer and was done with setup in 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this business!
