I’ve held out on writing a negative review 3 times already. However, you can only let someone slide so many times. I rarely go to Ollie’s but when I do I end up being checked out by an older woman w/ short hair & a wrist brace. Every time I’ve dealt w/ her she marks every bill I give her. No matter if it’s a $1 or a $20 bill. I watched her take the customer previous to me who paid in cash & not mark any of their bills. Today I laugh when she scribbled all over my $20 bill , that I’d be getting $5 in change for trying to make sure it was real. I laugh in her face & moved over so my husband could handle the rest of the transaction. She folded our towel & tossed it towards me while proceeding to give me a dirty look. I’ll tell you, if looks could kill I would have dropped dead. I work in the community & have been told by multiple people of color (unfortunately) that she is rude to them and treats them as if their money is no good. My grandmother has also had very negative interactions with this woman. Please do something about her attitude, work ethic, and customer service.

I came in for the first time with my children. As soon as we entered, I was greeted by 3 different employees! The prices for items are actually very good and I was able to score several amazing items. Checkout was awesome, I went to the lovely older woman named Deborah. She helped set me up with an Ollie's card, was super patient with me and interaction with my elementary child made me feel very welcomed. Between the staff and the prices, will definitely be back!

Look i like a bargain but I do not like waiting in this huge line everytime I go there. Especially on a weekend expect to spend 30 plus minutes in line. This is since they restructured their Allentown, Pa. Store. Everyone stands in one central line till you reach a cashier. They never have enough cashiers to handle all the customers. I am here now on a Sunday morning and have now been in line 20 minutes. Ollie's please change your checkout ways or get self checkout if you cant find enough cashiers! Will try to avoid this store from now on...bargain or not

Shout out to Dawn, one of the nicest Store Associates Ive ever met anywhere. She worked hard to help me search for something Ive been looking for months to find at the other retail stores, abd sure enough we found it. Being this my very first time visiting Ollies, Im really grateful that she made it such a positive experience. Because of Dawn, Ive found a new place to shop every weekend.

Like Ollie's say Good Stuff Cheap. You can find here lots of things starting with eatable items like cookies, cereals, chocolates and many more goods which doesn't require refrigeration and finishing with tools. Good choice of carpets, suitcases, books, home essentials, car care and maintenance items, many toys and all for compatible price. Employees were super nice when I visited this store. It was my 1st time at this location. I will be coming again. Plenty of free parking
