Good point: They fixed my dishwasher. (The warranty company selected this service company.) Improvement points: 1. They did not show up during the first scheduled pickup time and did not call. I had to call them the next day. This is really inconsiderate for people who need to take off work to wait for a pickup or delivery. 2. It took 17 days from pickup to return of the unit. It would have been nice to get status updates during that time. 3. The unit came back with a small dent in the front panel. They returned it in a small van with a bunch of tools and supplies, but did not adequately protect the unit from transportation damage.

Bought a frig there. The day it was delivered I called about the dents and the missing piece for the icemaker. I called every few weeks and spoke to the girl that's always there for a year and was told it was on order. NEVER got it or the dents fixed. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Would never buy anything from them again. I'm sure you have no record of all the calls and the 2 times I stopped by, the girl that works there is rude and does nothing.

We were referred to Omega Appliance by Thor Ovens to schedule an appointment for service. We scheduled a service appointment with Omega for Thursday 3/9 between 11AM-12 PM. They never called and didn't show up. We called 3 times and kept getting a promise that they would look into it and call us back and they never did. I received a call on Friday from them indicating they weren't sure what happened, apologized and said the Owner would personally come on Monday and she would call in the morning. We didn't receive a call so I called. She said he would be over around 1. He wasn't there and they called us to let us know he'll be there between 1:45 and 2. We rescheduled our kids' appointment because it was clearly going to interfere. He never showed up and no one called. I called at 3:25 indicating no one showed up again. She said I'll call the owner and call you back. He should have been there. No call back. At 4:05 PM I called back to just say don't worry about it, we'll find someone else and no one picked up. We haven't had a stove in 3 weeks. What a wretched way to treat people. The only reason we called them was because Thor Kitchen referred us to them and this is the experience provided to a new customer? Wow. You all should be ashamed of treating anyone the way you've treated us.
