We purchased a GE Profile refrigerator. We dealt with Corbin, who was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery day was Wednesday. The delivery guys called, said they were 10-15 min away and arrived at that time. Both were friendly and delivered with care.. They answered all of my questions, made sure all packaging was removed snd cleaned up. Expert installation, clean up and haul away. I am giving customer service a 10/10 from start to finish. Will definitely buy here again.

Justin and Austin were amazing. Came on time after they notified me by phone. Very careful with bringing the refrigerator into the home. Very knowledgeable with the install. Made sure everything was clean and up and running before they left. Very friendly ! Thank you Prestige Appliance also Ed is a great and is very knowledgeable sales person.

Our sales person, Ed, was very knowledgeable, straightforward, and friendly. 2. The installation crew arrived precisely on time. They were very courteous and clean. 3. No one else in the Lehigh Valley, including the company I purchased our last dishwasher from, could help me when our dishwasher broke right before the holidays. Prestige price matched without me asking and somehow got me next day delivery and installation on the exact dishwasher I wanted. Their customer service was great, they were beyond easy to work with, and their installation team did an awesome job. I’m very grateful for this company and highly recommend them!
