Recently bought a Bosch 800 series dishwasher online from LHBrubaker. Online ordering was very easy. Then they called to setup a delivery and install time and everything went great. Very pleased with the install. Guys did a good job installing it. If we need anymore appliances, we will go to LHBrubaker.

For me, the most important thing about buying an appliance is the installation. If you buy from a big box store you're going to have some random sub-contractor show up, who may or may not know how to install your particular appliance, and whose helper may or may not look as if they just got out of jail. LH Brubaker installers are LH Brubaker employees. The know what they're doing. They're professional, clean, on time, and knowledgeable about the product. My new dishwasher was installed by Joe. He did a fantastic job. He was on time. He said hello to my cat. He cleaned everything up when he was done.

We have outfitted our entire house with LH BRUBAKER appliances when we built our home. They outfitted our entire kitchen we we remodeled. We have used them for ongoing service. In the first week of March, an outside Service Tech came into our home and did a thorough diagnosis of our SubZero wine refrigerator. Provided my wife and I a written Service Order with full details. All parts were covered. Labor, plus pick-up & delivery. Was quoted 1,326.80 (service tech said that would be on the high side as he wanted to make sure he was covered). Certified Service Tech has over 10+ years in the field. He was very courteous and professional. Then received a follow up call from Inside Service Tech, Matt. Matt ignored the original service order and stated the repairs would cost 2,158.00. I asked for an explanation and he said his outside tech of 10+ years didn't quote properly. I asked how he would handle this and said he would "I guess I'm going to have to eat it as it's our mistake". I immediately followed up with, "I trust you in what you are telling me, and want to be fair". I asked him to regroup with his tech and call me back so we could agree to a dollar amount to repair. He called back and only reduced his follow up service order from 2,158 to 1,958. I immediately said "what is fair about that" and he said I was ridiculous and was not longer going to lose money on my or any other warranty work out in the filed. Couldn't take the whining and unprofessional attitude and asked for his Service Mgr. He was to call me, didn't hear from him so I called and spoke to Don Heaps. He was even worse and would not even discuss his company's original service order/repairs for 1,326.80 (service tech wrote all information down on the service order for quoting purposes). Don Heaps did say he would take 200 dollars off but only if I dropped off my wine refrigerator and picked up when complete. Don's attitude was so unprofessional that I filed a Complaint with the manufacturer (Case No.) and have been contacted back by SubZero since. I asked the manufacturer for a different service company and they directed me to MR. APPLIANCE. They were courteous, through the whole process .... and a considerably cheaper. Also note that MR APPLIANCE credits back the service call providing you use their service. LH BRUBAKER never offered that. ** Disgusted in how LH BRUBAKER handled a long-time customer ** ..... And Now, No Longer A Customer.

Their staff is very knowledgeable. After going to several places, I found LH Brubakers’ staff (especially Pete) to be the most helpful. Also the microwave was reasonably priced and in stock! They also have good warranties for a decent price.

Bought a GE washer. It lasted 22 months until door locked shut. Between ordering parts on a washer that shouldn’t have broken and going to the end of the line each time the service dept came, I was out a washer for 5 weeks. In the end, the one light didn’t illuminate after service people finally got it working. They wanted to know if I got the extended warranty. I was told it would last 10-12 yrs by the sales lady, not 22 months. They did not back their product. They did cover part cost but should have covered it all. I spent thousands here on various purchases. Will never go back. Overpriced to begin with and the service was less than satisfactory. Buyer beware
