I've been buying appliance off of this place for over 10 yrs. I've never had an issue ive bought everything stoves. Refrigerators. Washers dryers. Even bought new in box deep freezers so I'd recommend this place to anyone for best prices delivery and they even haul the old appliances away which I love because I cant always find help. Prices are great customer service is great! They go above abd beyond the call of duty. They treat you well you can order online or in person the service is awesome abd appliances are the same

I bought a used washing machine in 2017 that worked just fine until the beginning of this year so when it started to literally fall apart, I came back. I bought it on a Saturday and was told it would be delivered on Wednesday. I was told the driver would call when he was on the way. In the afternoon, after still not receiving a call, I called to see if it was still on the way. Apparently they were busy and the delivery day was changed to Friday. The girl said it would be one of the last deliveries of the day. No big deal. But then Friday it still wasn't delivered. They were closed by the time I called to see if they'd still be delivering it. I didn't call earlier because I was expecting it to come late. Finally today (Saturday) I called to see when it would be delivered. The girl I spoke with said today. Great. They delivered the new machine, hooked it up and took the old one. I'm excited. I tried washing a load of laundry and nothing happens. I mess with the controls, watch a few YouTube videos and try a few other things. I finally got it to spit out 2 tablespoons of water then the loudest grinding sound I've ever heard in my life. My 6 year old is now afraid of it and I can't do laundry. The shop is closed tomorrow so now I have to wait until Monday to see if they'll exchange it for a machine that works but to say that this experience is WILDLY different than my first is an understatement. 2 stars because my first experience was positive and I've recommended them to dozens of friends over the years. I'm more disappointed than anything but cautiously hopeful that they'll fix this. I did buy a used dryer from them 9 years ago. I had to replace the fuse once and it's still going strong.

I’ve been purchasing used appliances from Appliance Plus for several years now, including refrigerators, stoves, and coin-operated washing and drying machines for my rental units. Jason and his team are professional, knowledgeable, honest, and fast. Their pricing has consistently been reasonable compared to Facebook Marketplace and other used appliance sellers. Most importantly, Jason stands behind his products and honors his warranties, something that’s rare in the used appliance market. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Appliance Plus to landlords or homeowners looking for dependable used appliances.

Update: Jason did reach out and was very apologetic. Said I was going to be getting a call anyways because the delivery guys brought me the wrong dryer. So overall seems like all my issues are from the 3rd party delivery guys. Jason sent me new dryer and had different guys install it and these guys were fast and nice and assured me the gas was connected correctly (which it was). Updating my review from 1 to 4 stars since Jason was super quick to fix everything and actually cared about my experience. (Original review) ***WARNING**** IF YOU HAVE A GAS DRYER TO NEED TO MANKE SURE THEY HOOK IT UP CORRECTLY Guys came dropped off and hooked up my washer and dryer around 12:45pm, I left around 2:30pm for a hair cut and when I got back at 6pm as soon as i walked in my front door I COULD SMELL GAS. i went down to the basement and you could smell the gas coming from the connection! When i took it off and reconnected it they only had it like half way screwed on. Its honestly amazing my house didnt blow up. The washing machine was also dripping, the light in the dryer doesnt work, and the dryer is dirty and has peoples hair in the lint trap. Also, i bought these last Tuesday, got a call on Wednesday that they would deliver it Saturday morning. Waited around all morning then at 3pm I called them to see if they were coming and he said he didnt remember calling me and they wouldnt be able to come till the following Monday/Tuesday. Super disappointed in this whole experience. Whirpool washer (removeable agitator) and gas dryer $539 and delivery was $60 after tax total was $620

Bought a new gas range from this location, they were very helpful and extremely fast delivery/set up... This was an EMERGENCY REPLACEMENT. While I stressed about having it replaced by Xmas these guys and the lady kept me calm and truly made this an amazing experience. I appreciate the hard work and the dedication to your customers is outstanding. Thanks to you we can enjoy our Xmas dinner with family🤞🏽 HIGHLY RECOMMEND
