Perla's Appliances Plus

I miss places like this-you walk in-get greeted-they work out getting you what you need-transaction complete with a smile and a wave. Fantastic place and everyone super helpful and i'm glad i had called the day before and spoke to the owner and his wife who was great and made the choice of going there a no brainer. His delightful daughter helped me today and over all everything was great and looking forward to delivery and working with them again.

We have gotten a few appliances from Perla. always a good experience and local delivery was great. Much nicer than buying from a big box store! Our dishwasher broke recently and I ordered a new one plus installation from Perla at about 10 pm. They called the next morning and came to install it that afternoon! I live nearby. We were only without a dishwasher for one night. The installer did a great job. They hauled the old one away too.

Our dryer stopped heating and called LG and they refused to come out to fix it, said it was too old. It’s 17 years old. Called Perla’s, spoke with Rocky and got an appointment the very next day. Theo came promptly and was a very kind, professional young man. He cleaned our dryer and reset the thermostat and it is heating up and working like normal. I would recommend using this company and their services 100%

I have purchased several appliances from Perla’s Appliance. My latest, a wall oven was a difficult install for them but they worked with me tirelessly to make my wish for a double oven come true. From Rocky at the store to all of my installers it was an amazing experience.I recommend that you use them for all of your appliance needs!

Our fridge was 29 years old and bit the dust the week that we were days from hosting a party for our 1 year old daughter. My husband and I researched all night on the fridge we wanted (Frigidaire French door fridge in white). Everywhere online was saying 1-2 days for shipping. The following morning, I had my husband call Perla's to see if they had the fridge we wanted (we like to keep our purchases to small businesses when possible). Rocky answered my husband's call in the morning, stating they could have the fridge to our house that same day! Our old fridge was hauled out and disposed of and the new one installed in the same day (for pricing better than the big box stores). Both men that came for the install (Theo and Dathan) were super helpful, took their time, and were actually gentle with maneuvering our new appliance into its home. Later, my husband realized some defects in one of the French doors, Rocky had Steve out to replace the door in under a week. Start to finish, I feel that everyone we came in contact with was kind, considerate, and helpful with this purchase. Furthermore, they do all their own repair work in house. I feel confident in the quality of their product and them standing behind it. Will definitely be going to Perla's for any future appliance purchases we make. Their service beats anything you'll see at a Lowes/Home Depot. Definitely worth the phone call or drive out to see them.
