Amazing and efficient service! Honestly, one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. We needed a dryer for our rental property and walked in to be greeted with a genuinely friendly attitude. When we asked for a recommendation, Mr. Heckman pointed us to a dryer (not the most expensive one), and we purchased it right away. He even offered to install the plug—just asked us to send a photo of it. Delivery was organized on the spot. The entire process took only 7 minutes! Truly impressive. Thank you, Mr. Heckman!

I bought a Whirlpool washer, sight unseen, when my washer kicked the bucket. I was so happy with it and with the same-day delivery service. When my dryer died 6 months later, I bought a Whirlpool dryer, also sight unseen. I can't recommend Heckman's enough. I got two like-new appliances for less that I was quoted to repair my old ones.

Saw their listing on Facebook marketplace. Called about availability and hours. They were open on Sunday, but you must call before showing up. The washer had been refurbished and was super clean. I backed my truck up to the loading dock in the back. Matt had it shrink wrapped so the lid didn't move and helped load it into my truck. Super Friendly and Helpful and a 30 DAY WARRANTY! Pleasure doing business with them. Bought a washer dryer both for a little over $500 with same day delivery and installation with a third party they work with for VERY reasonable price. They also have 30 day warranty in store for any problems you may have. These are great people. Thank you so much for helping us. We just moved here and our home had no appliances, so buying all new was not an option. Now we have like new from people we trust for a far better price.
