We quickly found the perfect refrigerator for our home, and their knowledgeable sales staff were very helpful. The delivery went far more smoothly than I could even have hoped, seeing as they moved a refrigerator out of our basement, and then moved a refrigerator from the upstairs to the downstairs in our small home, and then brought in our new refrigerator. (This was not the case we bought our last refrigerator from Lowe’s! It was a nightmare) This place is just the best! I have no desire to buy any appliances at a large store ever again.

We needed a new over-the-stove microwave. Spoke to Rod over the phone and within minutes we had a new microwave on order. The installers delivered the microwave and it too was up and running within minutes. We've always loved Daniel's for their sales and service and will continue to use them as our first point of contact whenever we need something. Thanks Daniel's!

The money you save quite frankly isn’t worth the service. It’s been a week now since I ordered a very expensive (not that it should matter) dishwasher. Mark completed the dishwasher order last week and I was told yesterday that the order wasn’t even submitted. So I guess had I not called, I wouldn’t have gotten the order. Isn’t that nice??

First, I like Daniel’s for the nostalgia. My father in law first brought me here in 1971. Really though, they are great for appliances. Their prices are competitive, the people are helpful, but most importantly, the delivery people work for them, not a sub-contractor. If you’ve ever had delivery issues with a big box store you know how important that is. I’m not saying you’ll never have a problem, but if you’ve ever do you call the store and don’t get shuttled from number to number trying to get your problem resolved.
