Don's Appliances Robinson Experience Center

I purchased a new LG washer and I am EXTREMELY happy with my experience at Don’s. I’ll try to keep this short but I truly could go on with my experience here. I walked in having no idea what I wanted - I had a budget and a few recommendations of washers I should NOT get based off of friends experiences, but truly had no idea which brand to go with. Cortney (who isn’t even in sales anymore) helped me and my mom as soon as we got there. She answered any and all questions we had and it truly felt like she wanted me to leave with the right washer FOR ME and not just selling us whatever was the most expensive. I’m so glad she was our girl because she went above and beyond. I also own a business where I need to wash towels and sheets daily so I needed this washer ASAP. She walked me through so many washers and we finally narrowed it down to a black LG top loader with an agitator. This was everything I wanted in a washer and they had it in stock for a quick delivery - which I desperately needed for my business. The checkout process was so easy. Scheduling the delivery was so easy - and they ended up moving my delivery appointment around to their first stop so I could be home for it and not have to wait an extra day. It was literally delivered the next day at 8am. The delivery guys were top notch. I want to say the guys name was maybe Eduardo?? That’s what showed up on my phone when he called so I hope that’s right. Him and his partner were lovely, very professional, and QUICK. They removed my old washer through the back of the house (while also needing to remove my back door because my old washer was too big) and had the new washer installed and ready to go within maybe 20 minutes. Overall 10/10 experience and I’m so happy with my new washer. Honestly, I might be secretly hoping my dryer dies so I can go back soon and get the matching dryer haha!

I had a wonderful experience with Don’s Appliances! The two men who delivered and hooked up my new stove were so friendly and professional. They made the whole process look quick and easy, and everything was set up perfectly. My new stove looks beautiful and works great! I truly appreciate the smooth delivery and excellent service. Excellent Delivery and Installation Team – Eddy & Troy! Eddy and Troy were absolutely outstanding. They were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful from start to finish. They installed my new refrigerator perfectly, connected the water line, and made sure everything was working properly before they left. They removed all the protective wrap and packaging neatly, answered all my questions patiently, and even showed me how to safely pull the refrigerator out if needed. They were respectful of my home, worked efficiently, and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. This was one of the best delivery and installation experiences I’ve ever had. Eddy and Troy did an excellent job, and I truly appreciate their great service. Highly recommend!
