The delivery was just as impressive. The delivery crew was very professional, polite, and respectful of our home. We always buy local and have shopped at Rosendahl’s for many years, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. 5-Star Review: Rosendahl's Appliance Center – Exceptional Service That Saved Our Family With a newborn (just 2 months old), a 1.5-year-old toddler, and a move from Pittsburgh to our forever home in Greensburg, life was total chaos... and laundry was piling up faster than we could imagine. My wife and I originally bought Bosch 800 Series washer/dryer through Lowe's, but discovered the dryer needed 240V (not available at the new house without a $700+ install). Desperate, we visited Rosendahl's in Irwin. Gary (the manager) listened, understood our stress, and got us a fantastic deal on a top-of-the-line Speed Queen dryer (built to last forever). His team delivered and installed it professionally the next day, even hauling away an old dryer left by the previous owners of the house... for free. Gary noticed our Bosch washer was still weeks away from Lowe's and we had no working laundry setup. Without being asked, he loaned us a matching Speed Queen washer to use in the meantime; no charge, no hassle. This kindness literally saved us from constant laundromat runs during the busiest time of our lives. Grateful, I asked if Rosendahl's could order our Bosch washer instead (they even beat Lowe's price slightly). We canceled the Lowe's order and bought through Rosendahl's. Then the plot twist: the Bosch washer also required 240V. My mistake! Speed Queens were backordered, and returning the Bosch wasn't possible. Gary stepped up again: he took the Bosch to display in his showroom (free), and sent us another Speed Queen washer as a loaner until our new one arrived. Weeks later, our matching Speed Queen set was delivered and installed perfectly. Rosendahl's (and Gary especially) went far beyond customer service... they showed real compassion, flexibility, multiple free loaners, haul-aways, super competitive pricing, and zero extra costs. We're thrilled with our durable Speed Queen pair and love knowing our Bosch is on display in their store. In a world of big chains, kind local businesses like Rosendahl's still exist.
