Tube City Appliance

Purchased a washer and dryer set for my son and daughter-in-law. They force you to have it delivered otherwise you do not get the only 60 day warranty. Come to find out that both the washer and dryer are defective. I have called them 3 times in order to get this fixed But they never give a date or time in which they will be coming. Who does that? I paid an additional $60 to have the appliances delivered so that I could have the 60 day warranty but they are not backing their warranty. They sell defective products and they do not back their warranties. Stay far far away.
