Appliance Express

I was looking for a used washing machine, i thoight i coildmt afford new. They were polite over the phone but not so much in the store. The used washing machines were barely 100 dollars under what you can find a new one for. They couldn't tell me the age of the machines they had for sale when i asked. I asked if they could be tipped over so I could see if there was any rust underneath and they couldn't do that either. The nicest looking used machine there has rust in the lid. It's was 379.99, with rust in the lid and undetermined age. They said if I was that concerned about the condition of the used ones I should just get new. I guess they just keep the used ones as bait. They shouldn't keep used in the title in that case. I went to home depot and got a brand new machine for 50 dollars more with free delivery. And guess what I know how old IT is. Those prices for used are criminal and I really didn't appreciate the bait and switch.

I wanted to make sure I posted an excellent review for this business and the great owners. Several weeks ago my "very old Whirlpool" washing machine finally stopped working. I had heard very positive things about this business from other credible people I knew who had purchased from them, and decided to see what they had available to sell. When I went in I had the pleasure of speaking with Dwayne, one of the Owners. I felt comfortable from the beginning that they were good honest people and would stand behind what they sold if it was on the showroom floor. I had not had a front load washing machine before, and Dwayne showed me several of the high-end Maytags he had available. He sold me on the energy efficiency of these machines right away with the advanced features. My home is all electric, and that sounded like it would lower my electric bill...and it definitely has already! They also gave me the same warranty I would have gotten at a big box store! I have been telling everyone I know to go see these folks first if they have any appliance needs. Not surprising, as long as they've been in business, many people know them already and know they are very reputable! If you are reading my review, you can't go wrong doing business with Appliance Express, and you will save money!

Amazing customer service. After having huge issues with Lowes yesterday trying to purchase a refrigerator I went to Appliance Express. The owner was so friendly and accommodating. He even stayed at the store 2 hours after closing so my husband could pick up our new refrigerator after work. Saved the day when my refrigerator went out yesterday and I thought I was going to lose all my food.

These guys are great! Small store, great products, very reasonable prices, and amazing customer service! They delivered our fridge and had to take the handles off bringing it in the door, they peeled off all the plastic and tape, hooked up our water line, and were super nice about everything. I was in their store looking multiple days (sometimes multiple times a day) to make sure we got what we wanted, and they were always patient and helpful. If you're looking for a good deal and amazing customer service, this is the place you want to check out.
