I felt so relaxed and comfortable shopping and found what I was looking for and the color that I wanted. Outstanding service from start to finish. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without any pressure. I purchased my furniture and they delivered it the same day, brought it inside, and set everything up. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process. This is the kind of personal service you just don’t get from big chain stores anymore. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality furniture and excellent customer care.

I was very unsatisfied when I first went there and despite no other customers, I could not find anyone to help me for 45 minutes. I left and complained to a company supervisor named Jerry. He listened carefully, apologized and promised to make it right. He did, along with the immediate attention of the store manager named Tammy. She was very attentive to my questions and needs, answering everything I asked about without overselling.She did not try to bait and switch. She knew the products, was very polite, patient, and has a ‘down home’ demeanor. Steve and especially Tammy turned a disappointment into a very positive buying experience. They represent the Kimbrell name very well. I will be shopping there again and highly recommend it.
