I’ve been into Ferguson Home multiple times now, and unfortunately the experience is consistently the same. This visit was for something straightforward, door pulls and hardware for all of our new interior doors. You’d think that would be an easy win. Instead, the staff managed to be impressively unhelpful. No one offered assistance, no acknowledgment, nothing. My wife even tried to stop a staff member to ask for help, and the response was unreal…she didn’t even slow down, just mumbled something and kept walking. That pretty much sums up the vibe. To be fair, the selection is great. But the atmosphere is incredibly pretentious, like customers are an inconvenience (unless you pull up in a Range Rover maybe?) rather than the reason the place exists. If you enjoy feeling ignored while shopping in a showroom that takes itself way too seriously, this is your spot. Otherwise, be prepared for poor customer service wrapped in polished displays. The kicker? You can find the same selection online and get better customer service to boot. That makes this place not just disappointing, but completely unnecessary outside of seeing inventory in person.

The staff were very helpful! I needed a replacement drain that I didn't have a serial number for, and a sales rep helped me find it by calling different suppliers. Great customer service for something as simple as a drain!

I have a Kohler acrylic bath tub that I purchased from Ferguson way back in 1991. Yesterday an item was dropped in the tub and put a small chip in it. Today I Called Ferguson and they provided me with a contact that specializes in Acrylic repair. Thank you Ferguson Norman Zeller

What an A-1 experience! Building a new home and this was a vendor our builder sent us to for appliances, plumbing fixtures, lighting, etc. We met with Kristin who was able to keep us in budget and find selections that both my wife and I agreed on - and that was no small task seeing as how we are almost polar opposites in taste and style. Not the least expensive store, but often you get what you pay for and exemplary customer service is worth every penny. Kristin spent a significant amount of time with us over three separate visits, probably 5 hours in total, helping us make our selections. She got the paperwork to our builder and they have great thing to say about her as well.

Thank you, Kay Weaver for working with us in modernizing our 1960's bathrooms with Kohler vanities/fixtures and a bathroom addition. Impeccable customer service and her attention to detail and patientence in helping us navigate through our selections, to immediately taking care of issues with missing parts during installation was reassuring and greatly appreciated. Many thanks, Geno & Jim
