Today we had one of the most pleasurable experiences concerning an appliance repair. We made an appoint with L & B Appliance to have our dryer repaired. The repair person Paul called saying he was on the way, EARLY, and arrived shortly. He was polite, respectful, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable about the dryer. He had it fixed in no time and even repaired something that wasn't broken yet but apparently they had been having problems with it. Everything was fixed and he left the area cleaner than when he arrived. I recommend L & B Appliance highly and especially the most professional service person I have ever come in contact with, Paul! (My wife wants to adopt him!)

My Maytag dryer needed repairs and L&B was able to get their tech Paul out the same day! He was friendly and helpful, easily assessed the problem and quoted the repair cost. He went right to work and had it tumbling great in less than an hour. Highly recommend!
