I recently had a frustrating warranty issue with a dryer that required multiple service visits While the situation itself was challenging, the way Electronic Express handled it made all the difference. A special thank you to Daniel at the Clarksville location. From start to finish, he kept me informed, listened to my concerns, followed through on his commitments, and genuinely cared about finding a resolution. Customer service is easy when everything goes right, but Daniel truly stood out when things didn’t go as planned. Electronic Express says, “We Make It Happen,” and Daniel absolutely lived up to that promise. Thank you to Daniel and the entire team for making things right. Because of the service I received, I’ll continue to be a loyal Electronic Express customer.

This store has always had great prices and customer service. I went in recently and didn't know that they had a recent remodel. The store is well lit and very clean, much nicer than it was a few years ago, when I first started shopping there. The luxury appliance department gave me lots of ideas for my own kitchen remodel. It's always good to check in and see what new items they have. I'll be back when I need new electronics, furniture or appliances.

My husband and I went into electronics express today to look at kitchen appliances, and we’re pleasantly surprised at how easy the entire process was. Sunny helped us from start to finish. He was very informative and never pushy. He listened to our concerns and addressed all of them with professionalism and kindness. Would definitely recommend giving them a chance if you are in the market for new kitchen appliances, but definitely ask for Sunny. Thank you!
