Don't come here looking for any good technical or product guidance, as the salespeople don't really know their products. I visited looking for guidance on a replacement kitchen faucet, and when I started asking questions, someone just brought up their website and went through the online shopping process that I HAD ALREADY DONE AT HOME. This is showroom, so treat it as such. It's only good to get the physical feel of a product, not actually getting any real answers to questions.

This place has the worst customer service ever. I called three times like it advises to make appointments to look at faucets and get them picked out for my new house. Well the rep Tracy was left messages several times with no call backs and the manager was even notified and no call back still. My son and my self went in to just see what they had and no one even acknowledged we existed. We even saw three employees and not one greeting. I even work in retail myself and this business is just plain awful. Their pricing and displays are outrageous. They are way over priced and not a lot of selection. I went to Lowe’s and Home Depot had the same exact faucets for1/4 of the price and way better customer service. I would never recommend anyone to spend a penny in there at all.

The showroom is beautiful and the sales consultants are knowledgeable and ready to assist. Every time I have needed lighting, inside or out, Cammy Rittenberry has been very helpful. Her understanding of the budgeting process and the delivery dates as well as the design aspect of the project is spot on. I will continue to return again and again.

Great local business, with excellent selection and prices. I was surprised at how reasonable and competitive the prices were at Clarksville Lighting and Appliance. I picked up three lights and they were all beautiful and less expensive than similar lights at the big box stores. They also have a great selection of fans, chandeliers, and kitchen appliances.The staff was welcoming, but did not pester us as we walked around and checked everything out. However, once we were ready to make a selection they were very helpful and courteous. I will definitely be back for vanity lights for my bathrooms!
