Knowledgeable, kind, and refreshingly low-pressure. But what really sealed it was the installation. Shane ran into a couple of unexpected issues on-site and didn't skip a beat — he stayed until everything was set up correctly and working exactly as it should. That kind of professionalism and follow-through is rare, and it did not go unnoticed. Honestly, this may be the best experience I've ever had with an appliance purchase — new or used. Forget Lowes/Home Depot, these guys are legit. Walked in and out happy in 10 minutes. Was able to get a used washer dryer set for $630 delivered AND installed the SAME DAY. They also offer repair services, parts, buybacks, and other appliances. The staff was very friendly and willing to answer questions, unlike the big stores where you walk in and stand there awkwardly hoping for a competent employee to wander by. 10/10 would recommend.

Our Whirlpool Cabrio Platinum that we paid a pretty penny for at a big box store took the big digger! There's a known bug in them that the motherboard gets moisture on it from it doing it's JOB! I cleaned the MB off with running alcohol and covered it in clear nail polish over a year ago, but I was only putting lipstick on a pig. Tish, at Goolsby & Rye's has the hookup! NON-COMPUTERIZED Maytag, Circa 1990's! They replaced both belts, the springs and installed brand new hoses, electric wire and drain line! This thing purrs like a cougar! The BEST PART? A load of laundry is done in 12 MINUTES!!!! Go figure! And it cleans the clothes GREAT too! Thanks you two! Shalom, Charlie & Kelley
