These guys came out several times couldn’t fix it accused us of lying about the washing machine not working it had codes in it this company wasted our time instead of telling the warranty company that it wasn’t repairable they told them god knows what. I spent $500 of my money to source my own technician just to get my claim heard. these people show up for like two minutes and say try that I’ll see what happens. These people only change parts. They don’t diagnose they just quick buck all they know. Insurance companies love them because they’re the cheapest in this case cheap quality. These guys are very cheap quality very low quality company, low value. and are very rude.

My new KitchenAid refrigerator worked less than 4 weeks. KitchenAid put in a work order to this place and the service person called and stated It was probably the Freon and that he couldn’t work on it, I explained to him the refrigerator was less than 4 weeks old and he said it probably wasn’t sealed good when it was made. I asked him if was coming to look at it and he said no, and I said well you have no idea that is wrong with it and he said KitchenAid wouldn’t pay him to just come look at it. So he refused to come look to see what the problem was. He was very rude. I called KitchenAid back and they said yes he would get paid for making a service call. I knew from the beginning there was going to be problems because of his reviews. Before you say I left things well that is not true this was exactly the conversation.

They were sent work order by whirlpool to service my refrigerator (under warranty) that stopped cooling, called and left message asking about schedule time and after no response for 2 days I called and a guy told me they had rejected to work on it because they couldn't fix the the problem. Never called me, email or anything, just blamed whirlpool for not contacting me. Thought that was pretty sorry for a outfit that represents customer service. "NEVER CALL THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING"!!!
