When we moved to our house, we had got a side by side fridge from them, wiring and plugin was replaced with an ancient cord from the 70's, within a month, the defrost setting went out causing ice build up on the freezer side and the fridge section to be completely room temperature and totally ruined all of our food, they came out and fixed it for it to only last two more months, same thing happened and got another fridge from them with the same type of wiring. Now less than a year later, the refrigerator is leaking freon and producing a smell.

Bought a washer and dryer 5 years ago and they were great. Had a house fire this year and went back to buy a washer , dryer, and freezer. The guy quickly loaded everything up...too quickly. Got them to the new home and the freezer had mold inside. I cleaned it out and plugged it in... it doesn't work. Really upset how this place has gone downhill in quality on just 5 years.

We bought a refrigerator from Jay and it went bad in a few weeks, but he is such a very honest guy that he gave us the option of another refrigerator or our money back. Definitely every time we have done business with him, he has dealt with us kindly and Honestly.
