Premier Appliance

We Purchased a speed queen washer recently. We were very impressed with the knowledge of the sales staff. They were able to answer all our questions and we felt no pressure or that we were being "upsold". The washer had to be ordered and they kept us updated about shipping, arrival and delivery. The delivery people were very nice, answered all our questions, and made sure everything was running properly before they left. We will definitely be doing business there again.

I ordered the Speed Queen Washer and Dryer. The delivery was on time as scheduled. The delivery men carried both units up to the second floor laundry room and took the old units downstairs to their truck. They installed both with no issues or problems. I was impressed by the care they displayed during the transport up and down stairs. They completed the task like it was just a routine delivery, nothing said about all the stairs involved. They were polite, informative, and very professional. I would definitely recommend Premier Appliance over any of the Big Box Stores.

2 men who installed my new washer dryer were very polite and gave me some start up does and don'ts. They got him in place without a mark on any wall in my new house. I wish I would have gone to Premiere Appliances to buy all my kitchen appliances, and I would not have had the problems I did at the big store big box store. Premier's level of experience and knowledge surpasses the big box store I bought from.
