Ritchie's are a wonderful family owned business. They greeted us from the time we walked in the door, answered all our questions, and the friendliest down to earth people. They delivered when they said they would. Two of the nicest gentlemen setup the furniture. I would highly recommend purchasing from Ritchie's. Family-owned and USA made furniture.

This was our 2nd shopping visit to the store since we bought furniture from Ritchies in 2013. Our previous couch and loveseat were still in great condition; but, we decided on a change to match a new carpet install. We didn't even consider going anywhere else due to quality, price; and, most importantly a "no hassle" family business. This family is honest and very helpful in the selection process. There is just enough variety of products as to not overwhelm in the search . Looking forward to years of comfort.

Excellent service and communication. The staff at Ritchie’s had more product knowledge than other stores, offered the best price, and provided a high level of satisfaction. It is clear they value their reputation and customer care more than profit alone. We are very happy with our experience and see no reason to shop elsewhere and pay more for lower quality or work with salespeople who do not seem to care about earning business long term.

The team at Ritchie’s are knowledgeable, and very friendly. My refrigerator unfortunately went out 6 days before Christmas. The big box stores were no help. I gave Ritchie’s a call and to my surprise had several different refrigerators in stock and could also deliver it the same day for a very reasonable cost. It’s safe to say I will be going back for all my appliance and furniture needs.
