Where do I start I called them about my washing machine told the guy I would bring it to them and the guy said it does not matter that he would stop by and check it came looked at it and said yea parts need to be replaced got on the phone call someone and gave them my model # and in a few minutes he said 165 for the parts said had to be paid before ordering it 195 up front 3 weeks go by inhad to call them and the lady didn't know what I was talking about needless to say I finally got 150 back and said they took 50 for a service call after they said there was none so I got took for 50 dollars the sad part you call one number and the woman calls back from a different number every day they had some reason why they never called or made it back

We asked this company to come out to replace our handle on our microwave that had broken off. We paid $80 to have the company come out to tell us we needed to order the part and could replace it ourselves. Complete waste of money and time. It would have been nice to know they were unable to provide the part we needed before them coming out. Would not recommend for appliance repair.
