The installation went smoothly with Sam and Alec, especially since they had to work with an existing panel we used from another dishwasher. I would highly recommend Friedman’s and will be purchasing other appliances from them.

Matthew and Alec were professional, friendly, and very careful not to damage the stove or my home. They explained the basic operations and special features, confirmed the unit was working correctly and that I was 100% happy before they left. Their manager Larry even popped by to confirm all was done as promised. I was delighted and will I never choose a big box store again!
