Easy to find location. Friendly and helpful staff. I called before going and the staff looked for and had the part waiting for me at the counter.

Called and ordered a Tc5 washer for delivery over the phone with the manager Chase. Everything was easy and fast and the deliveryman Thomas was extremely quick and professional.

I bought a speed queen washing machine here. These machines are top dollar and I paid in full with a delivery scheduled two days from the purchase date. The delivery people showed up two hours before my window with no call beforehand. I had told them upfront that I have a locked gate and would need to know when they were coming to have the gate unlocked. Instead of calling, the delivery people left and did not come back. At the end of my delivery window time, I called the store to see what was going on, which is when I was informed they had showed up early and left. They refused to come back that day even though it was only 2:00, but said I could pick it up at their store. The person I spoke with said he would wait 15-20 minutes after closing so that my husband could make it after work. My husband called to give them a heads up that he was on the way one hour before closing. They did not answer so he called two more times and left messages. He arrived 5 minutes after closing after driving an hour out of his way and no one was there. The next day, which was Saturday, we called to say we would be coming to pick it up. The then I formed us that they had sold our machine we had already paid for and that they would not be able to get another one until the following week. We called the Greenville location and they were able to look up the sales records for the Morristown location for that day, and they informed us that no sales had been made at all, so they had lied to us and never had the machine to begin with! We ended up scheduling a new delivery for the following Monday. They did show up this time, but during the installation, one of the delivery people dented the front of the machine with his boot. I spent $1700 on this machine and expected it to be in new condition, so I promptly called the store and was told they would order a new front plate and replace it free of charge. It has been nearly two months since then and they have stopped responding to my messages and the machine has not been repaired. The customer the locations might be different, but I would NOT buy an appliance from this store ever again.

When we shopped here a year ago we had an amazing experience with Haley. Very friendly, knowledgeable and knows how to talk to people. Flash forward to February and the staff has all changed. They will not take accountability for the things promised by workers no longer there. And it’s a lot of workers who have left (interesting). New manager is Tina who is unfriendly and spies on her workers when she’s not there. She called to yell at an employee (she wasn’t even there) for my 3 year old taking pillows from one couch putting them all on another. I had to figure out how the couch worked on my own as they lied & DID NOT TEST both sides prior to me coming in. The reclining couch came in 2 pieces. Do NOT come when truck is being unloaded you will be met with dirty looks and honestly they should close the store during that time, as they want nothing to do with you. After the wrong couch was transferred to the store find out they sold the one promised to me to someone else. Found another they said they would call after they tested to make sure it works. Fine makes sense. Call me say it’s been tested and go in to find it crammed in so tight I couldn’t even sit on it to test it myself. A $500 couch they wanted me to buy without testing. Finally get Nick to move items to plug it in to test and it’s missing one plug so one side worked and not the other. But hey you can buy that on your own for $30-$40 plus $50 delivery but if they deem the delivery to difficult they can charge you more. So now the couch is almost $600. And watch out for all the mirrors just stacked on the furniture especially the leather most likely damaging it. You can change management but find someone who knows how to deal with people. Tina is horrible. Her employees are obviously leaving for a reason. They are not better quality than Karms and now at much higher prices than they used to be. No customer service skills. Such a shame. *****Reply to your horrendous comments ****** Your reply is a total LIE! Don’t transfer furniture?? Then why did Ty, Sarah, Vincent, all agree to it????!!! Not supervised!! Yes I was getting my nails done instead of watching my child!!! I don’t care for my child!!! Shame on you!!!!! I had to do the job YOUR STELLAR MANAGER DID NOT!! So yes it was distracting!!! I HAD TO FIGURE OUT HOW to test the $500 electric loveseat recliner as you LIED and said you did test it when clearly you did not. You couldn’t even WALK IN THE STORE!! Missing the plug which was not known UNTIL I, THE CUSTOMER, FIGURED IT OUT after we had to move severals pieces of furniture in order to finally plug it in to test. Oh I’m sorry you aren’t allowed to test expensive furniture prior to purchase!! Did me a FAVOR!!? Your employee Vincent & Ty said it could be done. If they told me it wasn’t something that could be done I would have understood. This wasn’t our first time there. Spent over $1500 there a year ago that’s why we came back. No business ethic whatsoever. Even when your staff is like a revolving door you still have to own up to their mistakes. Accept and admit that this wasn’t handled well from the beginning!!! Not your character though. Good luck to you as well. Can’t wait to see the reviews in the upcoming months!!! *****NO TRANSFER OF FURNITURE BETWEEN STORES*******POLICY PLEASE NOTE**********
