Tim came to the house to fix a drum bot rotating in my dryer. We thought it was just a faulty belt but found a piece broken off the motor. He had to go back to the shop to get the new part. When he got back it took him about 10 minutes to fix it and put it back together and he honored his initial quote (which was very reasonable) even though there was a second part and trip out to my house! He was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
