Norwood Used Appliance and Repair

I ended up having an unpleasant experience with this place. We bought a dryer from them. The owner checked the first one to see if it would work; it didn't. So a second one was brought; it was making a loud noise and worked but for only two weeks, only for the heating sensor to stop working. He came to fix the sensor, only for a week later, the dryer completely stopped working altogether. We told him about it and he was making excuses. We asked to get our money back, but he basically told us in a nutshell, that we couldn't because the warranty is only for replacement and repair. It's a lesson learned and will definitely not purchase from that place again.
