So mr Rodney’s service was nothing less then amazing!! From his Professionalism to his promptness, reasonable prices and knowledge of craft, he made the service experience most pleasant. I did not feel cheated nor did I feel like I was being taking advantage of. He politely showed me opinions and even saved me money! I give my 100% recommendation to R.G used appliances. 😊

I love this company. I’m not sure about appliances and how they operate but when I called this company the guy who answered named was D.A and he asked me a few questions about my dryer and what it was doing. He was very nice and patient. He came to pick up my dryer from my apartment the next day and told me it would take a few days. He left a loaner and kept in contact to let me know how the process was going. Everything was very professional and I will definitely recommend this company to anyone!

I purchased a washer and dryer from this company in December, my dryer went out on me in May, I knew the warranty was up. I attempted to see if my uncle could fix it but it looked like he wasn't sure, and I wasn't about to buy parts for a dryer not really knowing if that was the issue. I called R&G and Rodney offered to fix it or give me another one at a discounted price, which ever was cheapest. He came the same day and gave me another dryer similar to the one I had, but NEWER!!! Rodney was extremely professional. Throughout the delivery he made me laugh and made sure my new dryer was ready to go by attaching my dryer vent for me. I really appreciated the service. My husband was also happy with the new dryer!!! Thank you so much R&G!!! I will continue to use you guys in the future.
