All th staff at Southaven appliance are awesome and have provided the best customer service you can ask for. Especially the manager! 100x better than all your big box stores. They are also very knowledgeable and can answer any questions you have. Always professional, friendly and honest! Won’t go anywhere else for an appliance again. Please support your local businesses and give them a call or go by their store for any questions or assistance when purchasing your next appliance. You literally cannot ask for or receive better customer service & support. It’s hard to find trustworthy and reliable services these days but they are the exception to the rule. Southaven Appliance was recommended to me by the Southaven Chamber of Commerce. Sothaven Appliance had exactly what we wanted, a dual fuel range. Southaven Appliance installed the the very day we bought it. No Memphis or Collierville store could match their speed in delivery and competience in installation. The LG range is a delight. We did not realize what a difference in quality the LG product was over our previous range. Good people work at Southaven Appliance. They have products to fit just about any budget. If we get another appliance, we plan to do busines with Southaven Appliance. We searched from Memphis & Collierville, TN, to even the Nabraska Furniture Mart & other vendors in Dallas, TX. We are so blessed to have been pointed to Southaven Appliance.

My brother & I purchased a washer & dryer from this place in February of 2025 ..a month of having the washer is had water all over floor after then setting it up , then six months later in August 2025 the dryer stop working & only comes on until this day , we called for the warranty & was told it was only 30 days most dryers come with 1-2 years ! Anywho i definitely don’t recommend 0/10

I bought my first refrigerator from Southaven Appliance in 1983 ! It was golden rod with the freezer on top !! Nothing fancy but worried like a charm ! I eventually bought another with the French doors and ice maker ! Gave my old one to my best friend in water valley MS and he had it 20 years ! I believe it’s still working today !! You can’t go wrong with Southaven Appliance! They are good people and stand behind their products!

This was a great experience! I definitely would recommend this store if you want something affordable AND can last. They have a large supply of appliances and a great repair team (even though I’m sure I won’t have to use it for this fridge). This is a great place to go to especially if you’re from the Memphis area! Speedy delivery too👏🏾👏🏾
