Im sad I want my old washer back , very unhappy with the new washer machine they Bang continuously. You can't even wash one load without doing it 5 times so what's the use of saving the water and the electricity. When you've got to keep washing it in drying it over and over for spend out, it's very useless machine. I wish it would go back to the old ones. I never constantly calling the repair guy. Constantly, I'm plugging it fighting with my husband because the load shift in went wrong, it's just very unhappy having the main tags today. We bought our zoat Lowe's not from this company. I'm just complaining to may tag. I've had enough in the near future genetic testing

I called looking for a specific part and Steve was incredibly helpful from the start. He took the time to look up the part and let me know he could have it available the very next day. After trying to figure out the repair myself, I realized it was more than I wanted to tackle. Steve quickly arranged for one of their technicians to come out and help. We just bought a Speed Queen front load washer and a cheaper model Speed Queen gas dryer with steam. We went into A-1 on a Friday, and by Monday they were delivered and set up. They even took away my old units. FYI, if you get a steam dryer, you have to ask for a steam kit. Mine didn't come with one. These things are FAST. I believe we'll be happy with them for a long time.
