The website was easy to use and made it simple to check inventory before heading to the store. The chat feature was especially convenient I was able to quickly confirm whether an appliance was in stock and got a fast response. They even took photos and sent them to me since one of the items I was considering was a scratch-and-dent appliance. Great customer service and very helpful overall.

From the moment I talked with the owner by phone call, I knew this was the place to buy my fridge/freezer. He was very happy to advise me about the different models that GE offer and how reliable they are. Knowing which F/F I wanted, I was just about to purchase from Lowe's a brand new out of box. He suggested I might come into his warehouse and check out the new, out-of-the-box (never used) appliances, and look at a few that are ‘scratch and dent’ I was unsure at first, but I thought I had nothing to lose if we could save up to $1,000. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised when we got there. We were greeted by Duane. He had years of experience with the GE company and their appliances. He was very professional, helpful, courteous and non-pushy like some sales associates. No question was too much for him! He was very patient and transparent about the models he had (scratch and dent) on the shop floor. We found several to chose from and he helped us find the one with the least scratches or dents on the side/back where they could not be seen inside my kitchen cabinet. We had it delivered today by their very efficient installer. We love the look of our new Profile fridge/freezer. You can't see any faults (dents or scratches) on it. We saved a lot of expense and will be going back next month to buy a new dishwasher. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this business, whether you're on a budget or can afford higher end appliances at competitive prices.

Installed the new CGE29DP2TDS1 Cafe Refrigerator today. It is beautiful and only took about 4 hrs to get the freezer down to 10 degrees. The interior is amazing and holds a lot. The lighted back wall really brightens the fridge shelves and makes it look so nice. My wife also loved the middle drawer and the flexibility with the temperature control. Also love the freezer compartment and layout with the sliding low profile drawer for pizza, pie crusts and flat items. Well designed!!

Nice showroom and salesman Duane. Went in looked around and pulled trigger on a great refrigerator at a great price. Duane even lined up delivery and install that day, stayed 30 minutes after closing to accommodate us. The installers led by Johnny Reyna went to great lengths to carefully get unit into our small kitchen, and not damage anything, flooring, walls, etc.in the process. Great efficient install by them! Very very satisfied all around and we have a new GE frig that is working great and making ice!! Can't imagine I would have had an easier time with the big box stores and the price of the unit from my research was about $200 lower. Thank you Acceptance Appliance!
