MZ was incredibly friendly & helpful when we were in the store picking out the appliances. Then delivery came the next day with Chad & Hamza also being very kind & courteous during the install which was efficient & verified. 10/10 experience from start to finish. No hassle no headache, just good people doing strong business. Thank all of y'all at Bobo's!!

Jessica was very helpful and knowledgeable during my shopping experience! Also, Shaun and Terry (Mr.T) were my delivery guys and they were exceptional. They didn’t leave until they knew everything was perfect with my new refrigerator. My water line was clogged and Terry fixed it for me. They went above and beyond. Fantastic experience from start to finish.

Update 4/29/26 - My appliances were delivered a couple days after purchase. Chad and Danyul were amazing! They installed everything, and didn’t leave until they insured everything was set up correctly. I am 100%satisfied with my delivery. Thank you to Chad and Danyul! 4/27/26 - Store manager was great, patient with us, and answered all of our questions. 10/10!

Absolutely AMAZING appliance shopping experience. From the minute I walked in,I was greeted by a nice young man who was the manager there. The thing i appreciated most was that unlike most stores where they usually will bum rush you the minute you walk in instead of letting you get a little feel of the store first. Didnt realize how much of a difference that made me feel! He then asked me if I needed help and showed me the side with just a single appliance(One side had sets). Found the EXACT model dryer I saw at lowes and immediately said "ill take it"🤣👌🏾. SAME DAY DELIVERY as PROMISED. They actually showed up sooner than i expected considering they close at 6. Both the men showed up and had such good manners and worked FAST. In and out within like 20 minutes and had my dryer tested before they took off. JUST DROP BY OR CALL you wont regret it🙂🙂😩👌🏾😆
