I purchased a washer, dryer, and refrigerator from this company, and I had a great experience. Delivery was prompt, the installation was professional, and everything was set up correctly. Any time I had an issue, they responded quickly and honored their warranty without hesitation. They also sent professionals to come fix the issues. I highly recommend this business!

I purchased a refrigerator and a stove. Fridge went out in less than 30 days. ALL OF MY FOOD SPOILED including the hard work and effort I put into THANKSGIVING dinner. All of the food was ruined. Manager offered no recourse. Said it was nothing they could do. And said I should have called on Thanksgiving Day to report it. The technician said he had to replace the heating element from the box that I noticed already had screws missing and no light covering. LESS THAN 30 days seems very scam likely. The original pic shows an ice maker but when I received it, it was covered and non functional. They did send a technician, currently waiting on the empty fridge to cool off

I have used A Quality Appliances 2 times now. The first time was to purchase a refurbished electric clothes dryer. When I went, there was no nonsense with sales. I had a new clothes dryer loaded in my truck in a matter of minutes with them being attentive to electrical connections and ensuring the 3 month warranty. And guess what, I needed it. I live in Dickinson Texas, they came to my house both times I had an issue and resolved it that day even going so far as replacing the dryer with a newer model to make sure everything was right. When my clothes washer went out, they were the first place I went. Again, I walked in, told them what I needed and I walked out with the purchase in a few minutes. They were also able to make a matching set of the clothes dryer I had purchased from them before. They supplied brand new hoses for connection, something I had not planned to even replace, and I had the washer in the back of the truck quickly. They are fast, responsive and generous. I will be going to them again.

NOT GOOD AT ALL!!!!!!!!! Don’t use. I had a warranty claim on my refrigerator with LG and they sent the compressor to A Quality. They came out to fix our refrigerator and everything seemed fine for a day. Had to call them back out 4 days after the compressor replacement and he added more Freon. Everything seemed ok for about 1.5 weeks. Slowing getting warmer inside. Called them back out. Each time he came out he said it seemed there was oil in the lines. Last time he came out said compressor was bad again ( brand new compressor). I contacted LG and they said it might be possible but to make sure I was happy they would send another compressor to A Quality. A Quality received the compressor and said it was cost me another $500. They were not even willing to accept that maybe it was the techs fault the first time and wanted to charge me again. After researching, when you do a compressor change out your suppose to run a nitrogen purge in the system to clear any contamination. I know for a fact the tech did not do this as I watched the whole process. A Quality still wasn’t willing to accept it. I asked for the compressor as it was mine from LG. They would not give it to me. They wanted me to pay $225 for the compressor. You can do what you want but I wouldn’t use these guys at all. Horrible experience.

I purchased a used refrigerator. Got it home & plugged it in…….. only to find out it did not work. I was so upset but called Jasmine who promptly assured me everything is going to be ok. She sent someone immediately out & found out the compressor was broken. She asked did I want to pick another fridge or get the broken one fixed ? I chose to fix the one I have……… they immediately picked it up & even wanted to bring another fridge to use while mine got fixed. I appreciated they wanted to do that but that seemed like a lot of work. They fixed it…. within 2 days. All I can say A-Quality Appliance is AWESOME !! Jasmine is so sweet & the guys who work for her are fantastic also. When buying appliances this is the place, they stand behind what they say. Thank You so much Jasmine !!!!
