I had an incredibly unprofessional experience with this company. The technician entered my home without much greeting and immediately began disassembling my washer. After removing the pump, he left, only to return 15 minutes later to inform me they didn't even have the part in stock. When I called Walter to resolve the issue, he was dismissive and completely blew off my concerns. Save yourself the headache-I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.
