We called Alan's Appliance Repair to repair our built-in refrigerator, as the freezer was leaking. We had previously called another company, which quoted a very expensive job and wanted to replace multiple parts. After doing online research, we wanted a second opinion, so we called Alan's, they were able to diagnose a much simpler solution, it was a much cheaper repair than the original estimate from the other company, and the problem was resolved. We have had bad experiences with multiple appliance repair companies, but Alan's was great, we recommend them
