Appliance & Furniture Expo

So, my wife and I went and looked at a fridge and dishwasher. The fridge looked good, all the gaskets were good, and there was a small dent with a small scratch at the top right of door, and one very small dent behind drawer handle. No problem. So after it was delivered we noticed six nasty dents in the freezer drawer with creases in them. I’m pretty sure they swapped out the good drawer with a bad one off another fridge. It was also missing one of the door bins above ice dispenser. So , I hooked up the dishwasher the next day and it did not work. The girl told us it was brand new, still in the box. No packing, no paper work, nothing inside. Had to call Samsung service to come fix it a week later. He showed me some damage on the frame, also the silverware shelf would not pull out because the top of the body was caved in. They did give us a new door bin, said they replace bottom drawer but won’t reply to any of my calls or text. Very disappointed in this place, will never do business there ever again...

I just recently purchased a gas stove/oven. Everyone there had great customer service they worked with me on everything. I went in on a Sunday and the delivery guy was off on Monday but they still had someone to deliver my stove to me Monday and they took away the old one!! The oven was in demo mode and not working I called them and they got the situation taken care of immediately. I will most definitely be back and recommending friends too!! Purchased appliances from this business, I found them on Facebook. The sales lady reassured me that the delivery guy would take my old appliances being that I paid a $70 delivery fee. When the delivery guy showed he was very nice very professional his name is Daniel, so Im mined boggled on the reason why he would take the old appliances and leave them outside on the lawn in front of my apartments. I reached out to the guy Luis who referred me (I think he’s the owner)Louis lied twice that he was going to reach out to Daniel. Luis didn’t reach out to Daniel and he blocked me on fb.Very unprofessional.. I will never do business with this company again
