Came and diagnosed the problem with my washing machine a few hours after I called them. Ordered the part needed and completed the repair promptly when it came in. Very fast and professional.

Superior appliance repaired our clothes dryer. Very easy to contact. Came out day after I called them. The technician was very friendly and quickly figured out the problem. Came back in a few days and the repair was completed. I highly recommend them. Kevin Foley

Majid our service technician was very professional and knowledgeable in his field. He was able to answer and explain what was going on with our LS refrigerator. He gave his recommendation and it was appreciated. Fast and excellent service I will recommend to friends and family.

On 03/10/2026, I hired this company for a washing machine diagnostic service call and paid $99. What I experienced instead was what I can only describe as a deliberate attempt to manufacture a problem to justify unnecessary repairs. The technician, Majid, asked for two towels, placed them in my front-load Samsung washer, soaked them in a quick cycle, then cut that cycle and ran the machine on diagnostic mode — creating a heavily unbalanced load on purpose. Diagnostic mode immediately starts a high speed spin to check the machine against its internal sensors, so when the machine shook violently as any washer would under his manufactured conditions, he immediately told me I needed all four shock absorbers replaced, quoting around $500 then quickly dropping to $400 before doing any legitimate diagnosis. I explained my situation to another more reputable technician and he described this as a textbook upsell scheme. A proper diagnostic doesn’t involve deliberately stressing a machine to create the appearance of a problem. At worst, my washer needed minor balancing nothing close to what he described. Having run a true diagnostic before he arrived, I already knew I didn’t need new parts. When I called to complain and request a refund, the call taker refused despite my full explanation. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company to get a second opinion before agreeing to any repairs they recommend. On 03/12/2026 they called me back to discuss what happened and offer a refund, but only if I took down my review. Obviously, I told them I wouldn’t take it down, but reflect the resolution. I still have not been given my refund for them attempting to destroy my machine. 0/10
