We literally just left and got our washer home. I wish I would have read the reviews. 1. Nothing has happened yet. We just got it home. Washer is hooked up and ready to try. This is more of a cautionary tale. 2. Yesterday we were given a price that was 100.00 less than what was given today. The guy that was working today immediately agreed on the lower price, which tells me they severely over price their appliances. 3. No warranty through Samsung. They offer a one year warranty. We have to take it to them and there is a charge for repair. That isn’t a warranty. 3. Even though we paid with a card that has a chip they took a picture of my husband DL. 4. No returns No refunds. 5. The employee didn’t even want to give us a receipt. I had to force the issue. 6. You know when you have a gut feeling? That is how I feel and why I’m posting this review. I don’t feel all warm and fuzzy about my purchase. I feel like there is not something on the up and up with the whole scenario. Based on the ick that I left feeling about my purchase I would advise anybody that is reading this against making a purchase here. I already regret this decision and wish we would have made a different decision on where we purchased.

Khi from Appliance Outlet provided excellent customer service. He greeted us as soon as we walked into the store and immediately made us feel welcomed. He took the time to explain the details of the two refrigerators we were considering and helped us make the best decision based on our family’s needs. Even while assisting three other families at the same time, he managed everything with great professionalism and made sure everyone received the help they needed. We truly appreciated his patience, knowledge, and efficiency. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for appliances and great customer service!
